I am on a huge cauliflower kick. I'm definitely going to have to try the casserole with chicken sausage. Last night I dumped a few chicken thighs, a few links of turkey italian sausage, and a bag of frozen caulflower in a casserole dish and threw it in the oven for a while. Where are the triple bunks? Only kidding. Because we need to fit three kids into a room that only has room for one twin bed, we're having a carpenter build a triple-high bunk bed. I've been now made this 3 or 4 times (and got a new bag of steel cut oats to make it again.) This last time I added a bit of candied ginger right before it went in the oven.
