Homegoods my go-to source for plain bedding like this... the selection can be limited & you won't find your same items a few months (or weeks) later, but always has great prices. Apartment Therapy Chicago | Cotton & Wool Blankets Under $50 |

Just a note about Melatonin... while it has been known to help people sleep, it also can have a side effect of creating/ worsening depression symptoms. We tried it for a while and though did sleep better, both just felt so sad & kind of lifeless... side effects went away once we stopped the Melatonin. Some people have lots of luck with it, but just a reminder that you should listen to your body when taking any kind of supplement! :) Apartment Therapy Los Angeles | The Power of Scents To Help You Fall Asleep |

I have the West Elm one (actually, have 2) & really like it... the wire 'arms' can all be bent at differing angles away from the wall/center spoke, which gives it a nice 3D feel and the mirrors catch the light well (not the worn/ antiqued effect seen on some). Have had them for several years & they've held up well... and the price is great! :) Apartment Therapy Chicago | High and Low Raindrop Mirror |

While in Jamaica for a friend's wedding last November, we stayed at Tensing Pen- also very nice, but only some of the 'huts' have air conditioning, so be careful when booking! We had dinner one night at Rockhouse (& the bride and groom stayed there for their honeymoon) and it was great! A good mix of rustic Jamaican charm without feeling like you're completely roughing it. An interesting idea would be to take the recycling idea one step further... use the plastic bags you've already got as the fabric for a bag you sew. Instructions on how to make 'fabric' out of plastic bags can be found here: Apartment Therapy - How To: Make a Reusable Grocery Bag |
