The teak arm chair with the yellow pillow on it....does anyone recognize it? I have that chair, haven't seen it anywhere else.

The house is lovely, indeed sleek without being sterile. The warmth of all your beautiful teak furniture helps. I am baffled as to how you keep white carpet with dogs. I have one dog and have resigned myself to a life without rugs. :( How do you do it??

That lamp in the last photo! I just bought the exact same lamp last weekend at an antique shop. Can anyone identify it?

That is one of the most horrible chairs I have ever seen. The awfulness almost hurts my feelings.

I saw the movie with my sister last night. I thought the first half of it (at least) was completely absurd. At the scene where Big brings her back to the penthouse to see the new closet he 'built' for her, and he opens the door to reveal a closet comparable in size to some people's apartments, a white laminate heaven all backlit and everything, and everyone in the theater is ooh-ing and aah-ing, my sister and I, normally hyper-considerate movie theater patrons, simultaneously burst out into uproarious laughter.

And furthermore, if I had enough clothes to fill a closet like that, I'd be ashamed of myself.

That's not, like, a party-time hot tub on the roof; that's the actual bath. On the roof. Unsheltered from the elements. At eye level with other people's windows. Uh.......seriously?
