I'm a content and fairly new resident of the V.San Pasqual (the turquoise and *pink* section). There are two for sale now, and both are, like most of the units, very well preserved. There's another complex in Pasadena that's almost identical, near the Rose Bowl. The developer, Lionel Mayell, did similar projects in Phoenix (also pink) and Houston, along with the Artaban and Villa Riviera in Long Beach--it's nice to see that his projects have survived largely intact and many have the historical landmark designation.
