Having this sewing machine would force me to make the curtains I've been wanting to make!

I wanted to add, as an artist it is often that I walk into other artists homes and see ALOT of their own work hanging or displayed everywhere, I do the same thing. It is something that comes along with making alot of art and either A) not having your own gallery to hang it all, and or B) simply enjoying it in your home. I would much prefer a "full" home or "cluttered" home filled with things I've made then a "clean" home where all my work is stuffed in a closet. And why wouldn't you take great photos of your work and show them off if they represent part of your main design element in your home?? Sure it may end up looking like self promotion, but is that any worse than promoting someone elses designer furniture everytime you take a photo of it and describe your deep love for eames or someone else? It's nice to have personal ties to the art displayed in your home. To each his own.

I would put this in my bedroom so my feet can feel it every morning when I wake or in my living room between my two sofas that are BEGGING for a rug!

I've never used this product before but if someone is claiming it contains n-butyl acetate then I highly recommend wearing a 3M organic vapor respirator especially if you are using this indoors.
The cost of a proper respirator vs the cost of slowly inhaling chemicals that over time can kill you is an easy choice. Make sure to change your respirator cartridges as directed, and keep the mask in a sealed plastic bag after using. This keeps the cartridges from going bad too quickly.
Another thing to keep in mind is that respirators come in different sizes as well as with different attachments. If you don't feel a good seal around the sides of your nose (the respirator doesn't suck in a bit when you breathe) then you probably don't have a good seal and are not being protected the way you should be. Also, some heavy duty gloves from your local hardware store are a good idea.

Wow! Thank you all for responding to my question! I wish I could go to the Needle Shop, but I am actually not located in Chicago. I live in Detroit, so that would be quite a hike for me since I don't have any time away from work right now. Maybe I will look around here and see if I can find something similar to it though. I will definately be printing out all of your comments and highlighting all of the wonderful tips! I will keep you posted on my progress. Thank you~

I am actually around the Detroit Metro area. Chicago is the closest place for me, so I post my questions here...but I could easily drive to chicago on a weekday if I am off. :) If anyone sees a sofa similar to this online also, please let me know~ I would be very greatful. Maybe I could order it from Roys and have it delivered? Does Roys have a website?

Ps some hospital supply companies have large tracks.. very long so you could avoid buying all those smaller tracks. My sister is using a similar solution for her bathroom shower curtain as she is living in an old firehouse and the ceiling is SO high. She has the worlds tallest shower curtain and it looks AWESOME!
