I was not a fan of veggie burgers until I tried this recipe for Edamame Veggies burgers. They were excellent, filling and the most tasty of the all the bean burgers I have tried to make.

Topped with some spicy mustard or an good piece of white cheese, they are an awesome dinner. They also reheat well in the microwave for lunch.

In my fridge at work I always have a container of salad dressing and a jar of peanut butter which is great for apples, or to add to my breakfast bread of choice.

Pork tenderloin always seemed daunting for me to try. No idea why but I always thought it was more complicated to cook.

Can't wait to try this great recipe this summer with some farm fresh tenderloin and herbs!

Thank you!

What about "wet" cheeses? I bought a small block of feta and it came wrapped in its own juices (similar to how mozzarella would). Would you also store that in the parchment paper and plastic wrap??

I use http://www.stilltasty.com/

It's like my expiration bible and they have great tips on how to store things either in the pantry, fridge or freezer! I am extremely paranoid about expiration dates and just generally food expiring! Two things I would never ever risk is dairy (milk) and deli meat.

I would love a tutorial on how to pick the best fruits and vegetables in the store or market. What to look for, which part should be firm or soft. Also, tips on how to freeze vegetables you may not use up before they go bad would be great.

I call my mom constantly for the "is this still good?" questions. For some reason, 2,000 miles away, I always trust her. And I am always asking my grandma baking questions.

I use recipes and then experiment from time to time with the help a phone call and advice of my family.

I saw this and immediately thought why not make the full sized waffle/cookies and make ice cream sandwiches out of them. YUM! Thanks for the tip!
