My mom always made our pb&j with toasted bread and butter. Toast the bread, wait for it to cool, add the butter, and then add the jelly and peanut butter. I can't wait to see what it's like with the rosemary and pepper. Mmm. Weekend Snack Recipe: PB&J Sandwich for Grown-ups |

I made this for myself and the boyfriend last night, but added tomatoes and sliced bacon to the mushrooms in the oven. It turned out wonderful! The mushrooms are nice and earthy, and the bacon was a great crunch. Thank you - this is a new favorite for us!
