I can't recommend Lodge enough. I have a few pieces of Le Creuset that I recieved as gifts from my parents, and a few Lodge, purchased by myself both for myself and gifts and am never disappointed. LC is basically kitchen fashion. What Is the Best Substitute for a Dutch Oven? Good Questions |

I was actually just thinking about writing in about this. I have been looking for a good freezer storage option. I buy beans in bulk and make huge batches, then freeze them in plastic zip top bags.
