I would make massive amounts of ragu sauce in the saucier pan, and then try dutch oven canning. It'd be a match made in heaven!

In Jamaica they serve sorrel juice at Christmas. Sorrel is a weird red fruit that looks like something out of Dr. Seuss, and tastes kind of like hibiscus. (In that it's red flavored.) It's light, and refreshing and awesome with ginger, and I really, really miss it.

I am (on Monday) about to move into an apartment that has been sitting empty for the last six months. The windows are nice, if I could see out of them. I hear the floors are maple under the half inch of dust. I'm excited to have found it, but I will be more excited when I can actually see some of the potential though the grime.

Why, specifically, Method? Because where I am, it's not sold. I discovered it on a trip to Toronto, and the first thing I did on my return (The first thing! Before unpacking, or checking my cats water dish!) was email Method telling them to incorporate already so I could buy stock. Lots of stock.
