I don't think this will ever get old for me! I am working on one for the kitchen that will incorporate some actual cross-stitch projects that I have as well as old embroidered napkins that my husband's grandmother made. I can't wait to finish it up!

We have one of these in our home. It separates the living area from the dining room. We actually have a large fish tank on top of it and just think wooden boards that we cut to place on either side which serve as a place to leave the keys/remotes or stack magazines. People always comment on how cool it is when they first come over.

I have a very unique name and still don't appreciate it as much as my mother does. My name is Hesper, and although I get a lot of compliments on it, I have to explain it to just about everyone I ever meet. I also have to repeat myself every time I am introduced to someone new and give them the story and origin of the name. And usually people end up calling me Hester or Heather.

That being said, I chose to name my son something a little more common... Haeden. Of course, everyone thinks is name is Aiden... so what can you do?! haha

I think this is gorgeous! I love the birds and I love that they are in a boys room. I have a little guy myself and sometimes it really bugs me that they choose things like birds and ladybugs and butterflies and turn them into something that has to be girly. Little boys like these things, too!
