I use lower heat for a longer time to make the cheese melt and not burn the bread, but a lid sounds faster. Love the rack idea. I hate it when my grilled cheese gets soggy. How Not to Ruin a Grilled Cheese: Essential Tips Food & Wine |

Another thing, many people that weren't even close to a river were flooded because the rain came down so fast and in huge quantities. Matt, is it a faux pas to ask what price range the rent falls into and what neighborhood you're in? My husband and I are looking to move to Philly next summer and I am trying to get ideas of where we should look for rentals and what price is reasonable for the area/place.
