Yeah, but towels still brush the floor when you open the oven door all the way. Gross. I fixed the towel-falling-off-or-brushing-floor problem by getting a small, cute, brushed-metal over-the-drawer rack from Target. I just move the towels to the rack when I'm cooking in the oven. I made this tonight with the cranberry beans I had grown for the first time this year. I thought it was really good & satisfying but it's not enough of a meal for a hungry man.
