I'd like to say, we don't eat much chicken for breakfast because we believe the current level of meat consumption in the United States is unsustainable.

Yeah, but towels still brush the floor when you open the oven door all the way. Gross. I fixed the towel-falling-off-or-brushing-floor problem by getting a small, cute, brushed-metal over-the-drawer rack from Target. I just move the towels to the rack when I'm cooking in the oven.

I use one metal wire basket for lids, and 2 wire baskets for the containers. All are stored in the pantry. So far, the system is working perfectly.

I made this tonight with the cranberry beans I had grown for the first time this year. I thought it was really good & satisfying but it's not enough of a meal for a hungry man. He would have fainted if this is all I gave him.
