Thanks everyone! Duane, the paint color is Benjamin Moore Taos Taupe. It looks different in all parts of our house, but in this room, it comes off as a muddy brown color because of all the sunlight coming in. In darker rooms, it looks like a dark grey.
Alisheeba - I wish I made those letters! They are from Anthropologie, we just made the backboard for them.

We bought one almost identical but with more drawers for about $700 from Dania Furniture. You can buy online, but they have a larger selection in-store, of course.
