I recently got a truck, but have now stopped taking it everywhere and switched back to riding my bike. I just feel healthier and have more energy when I ride to and fro. You can't beat the views and you never have to find a spot or pay to park! Schlepping: The Ultimate Urban Workout |

Painted antique furniture can look really chic! Think of Sister Parish's white washed furniture. She was a master and understood that sometimes you have to sacrifice the old for the new. No, You can't get that taffeta anymore. No, the bed's probably won't ever be the same. But still, she stuck to her aesthetic and got the look she wanted! I adopted a dog named Mickey about three months ago and can honestly say it was the best money I have ever spent. There is nothing like coming home to something that loves you unconditionally, a living teddybear and a true friend. My house no longer feels empty. So sorry for your loss! i have a pretty big tie collection myself, what I did to display them was drape them over curtain rods. Make em into curtains. I didnt sew them, because I may want to wear them sometime soon!!! Apartment Therapy New York | Display and Store a Necktie Collection? Good Questions |
