I'm not sure if that particular cart was from Ikea, but I own the same (in different dimensions) and were purchased at Target. They also carry (or have) the same in a black frame with the same table top as the silver. Hope this helps!

I don't typically comment in blogs, but this could possibly be about 99.99% my fav House Tour EVER!- short of 100 only due to the deer head-just a personal preference :)

This space embodies all aspects of my favorite designs: a little historic, whimsical, eclectic, contemparary chic AND practical.
I especially love the "asian corner" - makes me think of the happy place I escape to in my dreams :) (I also happen to own an exact hand carved replica of the Thai goddess).

Furthermore, you shouldn't be ashamed of the "matching" living room furniture. I believe it is what ties the whole space together. Without it, it would seem as if you were "trying too hard" to achieve the "eclectic" look, instead of just a natural occurence resulting from great taste and attention to detail, with just the right amount of appreciation for unique accents.

I also love the idea of using the hanging plant bracket for the pendant lamp--great DIY idea for us non-home owners! Thanks for the post and the amazing pictures to keep us all inspired!
