I just purchased a bunch of rattles and toys for your soon-to-be newborn. Exactly the type of toys/rattles I was looking for.

She should sell them on Etsy.

Round definitely. We have the same type couch (except in tufted leather) with a mid-century side chair and we just bought this for a coffee table (in white):

Completely agree. I don't make it a habit to go into C&B (except that they have a great bathroom) and I fought tooth and nail to not register there, but C&B is one of the first places we check if we are looking for a "certain" piece.

Thanks Frida. That's great info. Has anyone used the Micralite?

It could be a Silver Cross.

Thanks for the warning DCMom. If we buy it, we're actually going through a local store.

actually, here's a better view of the silver cross. The cool thing about it is the stand.

Ok, so my wife and I are expecting our first child in late November. We live in Boston so we deal with steps, crooked sidewalks, more steps, buses and trains, and more steps. We were thinking of purchasing the Silver Cross Classic Sleepover:

But is this really necessary? Am I falling for a full system all-in-one thing when we really don't need it (and I can spend the extra money to upgrade to the oueff crib)?

Here's a second question: Why do people think a bagless vacuum is better than one with a cloth bag? Clean up is easy and I'm not putting the dust I just vacuumed up back into the air.
That being said, we just bought the Kenmore Progressive canister (from Sears). Does a great job on the shag.
