We call that "Alugbati" in the Philippines. We usually serve it sauteed, or in a salad with a vinegar dressing., or in a soup. You may "Google" Alugbati recipes and fins a myriad of recipes. Hope you enjoy it, and the loads of iron it contains. :)

We think the same way here in the Philippines. It's really a dessert item for us. And yes, we make avocado shakes, or freeze it and make it into ice cream :)
