wow, all these responses are super helpful.
i own 2 of these petrie bad boys and they're both yellowing from general use and too much soap and water. i called sears to professionally clean and they basically got out some dirt, none of the yellow water stains. will try some of these ideas, especially removing the cover from the cushions.
ps: the tag on the sofa says armrest covers are suggested, but C&B does not sell them?!
