If I have sweet, young, tender greens Yu Choi Sum, I'd like to blanch it in boiling salted water and oil for less than 1-2 minutes until just start to re-boil again. I don't know what is behind those ingredients with scentific names. Did they add any arsenic, cancer causing agents to mass produce the products so businessmen can make quick money.
