We have a preemie (3lbs. 6oz. at birth) since he has been home. We started with kissaluvs with fleece covers. And at night we use bum genius with an insert. When he is a little bigger we have good mama stash. Plus do not forget to buy cloth wipes. One does not work without the other. Plus there are plenty of work at home mom's that you can support buy purchasing your covers and wipes. Also alot of the mom's make custom covers and wipes for next to nothing. Have fun.

Genxmom,
I have a question about the Beco Butterfly. How is it for a newborn? This is our first child so babywearing is only a theory right now, but one concern we have read, is new borns should not have their legs dangling. Is there a way to tuck the legs with the Beco?

I have Flor morning Coffee Latte. I love the tiles and after living with a few of them over a year I have 2 thoughts. First, if you own pets there is no better product. We have two ancient cats that never find the cat box, and an incontinent doggie. We have spent hundreds of dollars on rugs from Crate and Barrel, West Elm, and Lowes. All of the rugs were nice, but after a month or 2 with our animals they were done. After investing in Flor tiles the first thing we realized is if a pet has an accident you can pull up that tile, wash it right in the sink, let it dry and its good to go. No lingering pee in the backing or chemical spray fumes. But they are really expensive. The average tile cost 10 dollars. A 5x8 rug requires 17 tiles. That’s on average 170 dollars. And if you go with a higher quality tile, prices can get in to the 15-20 dollar range. In the end, the tiles are priceless worth ever hard earned penny, and I wish we had just went right to them, but I’m a believer and would recommend them to all people that have pets or kids.

In regards to you bathroom, the dark tile seems to be rectangle tile on the floor and square tile on the wall, its a really nice touch? I would love to get the name so I can add it to my style tray!

Not sure where to post this, but I wanted to get some thoughts about nursery's and paint. I have some ikea pax wardrobe closets and would love to carry our nursery theme (Nojo Day at the Zoo) into the closet with decopauge the inside of the drawers and seal them with the decopauge glue (mod podge) and paint, the drawers. Could the glue some how harm our baby or transfer some unkown danger to the clothes or diapers? Its our first baby and we are super excited, But totally totally clueless at the same time (but learning everyday), Thanks AT.
