I am really surprised to read to so many accounts of long waiting time. I wonder what determines the "approval" of the requests. I got my approval to join within 24 hours of signing up for the waiting list. Very intriguing indeed.

I must have blinked and now I am shocked to see the Ohdeedoh community comprised of numerous people who are convinced that they care about other parents' children more than the actual parents. SO much arrogance and unsolicited advise disguised as a concern for other people's children. Don't we all know better?

I read title of this post and felt a gush of wonderful emotions. I grew up by the Caspian sea, in a city called Baku. My summer days were spent at various summer houses along the shores of the Caspian. So glad to see that you named your child after the Caspian sea! With kind regards,

This may be an irrelevant comment, but I was wondering if that rug in the bedroom (of last few pictures) is from Pottery Barn. We have one that looks just like that rug and it is from PB and it sheds like crazy. I was curious whether this is the case for your rug as well. Does anyone know how to eliminate/reduce the amount of shedding?
