I have an iphone and use my google calendars on the default calendar app. It took a little to get all of my calendars playing nicely with each other. I have to set up a seperate exchange server for just my google calendars to get everything to sync properly. But other than tha, I dont really have a reason to get a new app. I use paperless for my to do lists and the default reminder app for things I need notices for. With my mom having a broken wrist, it was my turn to bake this year. So I made Norwegian krumkake and boller from my grandmother's recipes. My son was able to help and it was so neat having three generations in the kitchen baking this holiday. What Did You Cook Over the Holidays? |

@Heather from JustAGirlwithaHammer - Our new go to sheets are the Pinzon Hemstitch 400-Thread-Count 100 Percent Egyptian Cotton Sheet Set. Pinzon is the new generic like line from Amazon. We have had ours for about 6 months now and they are great. No pilling, no shrinking (I wash them in cold though) and fit perfectly plus we have the plum color which looks really nice. When I was around 8, my sister wanted the Jasmine Barbie doll for Christmas. I told my parents not to send Santa her list because I wanted to buy it for her. I saved up all of my allowance for weeks and once I had enough, my dad took me to the store to purchase it. I was so excited that I got to buy my sister that gift instead of Santa. I am a list/pile maker. I keep a common list for travel packing (one for myself, each of my children and a pre-trip to-do). I start a pile for all of the one-off things you need for the trip, special snacks for the plane, gifts, kids headphones, etc. This leaves on my dining table until time to pack.
