Pi- Its cute, huh! Its by Kate Spade, my office mat has it ;)

I was very hopeful, but it didn't work for me. I stunk and had wet underarms. Sorry, TMI but I think others who fall victim to sweaty pits will suffer a similar fate...Love the concept of no aluminum, but this is for those who are blessed with perfect pits.

My mom has the LG ones- they are FANTASTIC. She washes quilts, pillows, etc, and hasn't ever thrown off the bin. Worth every penny. She's had them for a few years now, and the pedestal saves you from the ol' "heave ho" throwing the clothes from washer to dryer (and your back).

Congratulations! I loved this tour, she seems down to earth, its refreshing to see someone who has to work to get pieces they love.

This to me looks like a well-lived in home, and the period pieces really work. Some mid-century homes are SO sterile, this is a balanced and warm home. Kitty is pretty cute too.

This caught my eye, as we are moving into a rental with a very large backyard. However, the grounds are basically dry, cakey soil covered in old leaves. In other words, it doesn't look like it will grow much. I don't want to spend a fortune to till the soil and replant, so I though gravel. Especially since its a desert area of Southern California. Any advice??

Yep- used to go to silverlake coffee every morning and the HUNDREDS of cats. Well, I am glad they did something with that space. Cute place and for Silverlake, great price.
