You need to photocopy the pages in the passport, not just cut them out. If you ever want to renew the passport the Gov will want the old one back.

I did this for a family reunion and everyone loved the glasses. It is really important to let them sit for the whole 24 hours though or the paint will rub off with use. The ones that sat for the whole 24 hours before heating are still fully painted 5 years later.

I may be wrong but the I would think that pulling the knife toward your fingers is probably not a wise move. Or maybe that is just a rule that applies to me - since I tend to cut myself just by thinking of using a knife.

I'm with dearly. I am a terrible housekeeper so I hired a maid. I would "stephanie clean" the night before she came. When my boyfriend, now husband, moved in he would complain about the 'stephanie cleaning" but would help anyway.

Now that we have moved and cannot afford a maid, our house is a disaster. I keep looking for ways to change our budget in order to get back on track with a clean house.

Wow Patrick...such harsh words. If you don't like what is posted, then stop following the site. It's called Freedom to Choose.

And looking at your most recent posts - you seem to post negative comments more often than postitive ones. In the spirit of Thanksgiving...why not find something to be thankful for...

I also have this problem - for my last c-section the doctor used medical grade "super glue" to close the incision. He had me test regular super glue at home to make sure there would be no reaction during the surgery. Luckily I didn't react and the glue he used worked perfectly for me.

I also use the stretchy stick-to-itself stuff and gauze if I need to cover something when I'm at home.

I loved space food sticks growing up. My mom would put them in our stockings for Christmas mornings. We've missed them all these years.

I used to eat Grandma's Molasses by the spoonful when I was a kid and I prefer it in place of syrup on pancakes and waffles. I don't know if it was blackstrap molasses or not...but it was super yummy!

I haven't seen any here - so your efforts are working in Michigan. Thanks! I can't wait until all the yard signs have to be taken down and I'm not bombarded with ads.

My favorite movie soundtrack is Michael. There is particularly one song in there that I really like sung by Andie McDowel.

Xieta - how did you manage to get rid of your pantry moths? I have been throwing out food and cleaning the cupboards regularly and the pesky moths keep coming. UGH

My favorite knife is the small chef's knife. It is the right size for my hand and can cut just about anything I need it to.

Anyone have a good way of getting rid of cupboard moths? I try to kill them as soon as I see them and have thrown away a ton of food that wasn't in tupperware type containers. But they still keep coming.

This is probably the most beautiful slow cooker I've ever seen! I love that it's NOT covered with a "country" pattern like mine is.

Also keep in mind that most composite decking doesn't do well with spilled food. It will stain with any greasy food spills and probably a lot of other stain producing types of food.

My husband loves to find "time capsules" and leave them for others to find. He's left on in each of the 3 houses we've owned.

These would certainly help to keep my sons toys in check, instead of all over my living room floor.

I agree with oteach. Small is a great way to celebrate the big 2. We are having my family and my husband's immediate family and that's it.

We had a huge party for the 1st birthday...and I still remember how much work it was. I'll wait until my son is older to have the big parties again.

By the way his 2nd birthday is tomorrow! So this topic was extremely timely! Thanks!
