Mordazy: Yes, our recirculating pump required one extra pipe for installation but supposedly there are some that don't... Evolve Ladybug Showerhead Adaptor: Save Your Hot Water! | Apartment Therapy Re-Nest |

We installed a recirculating pump in our garage and a remote switch (powerline communicating switch) in our bathroom. 5 minutes before we take a shower, we flip the switch which turns on the pump and recirculates the water in the pipes. This brings the hot water from our standard water heater to our bathroom - without wasting any water. We shut off the recirculating pump right before we get in the shower to cut down on electricity use as well. I'm not sure how this option compares in cost or ease of installation with the tankless water heater option but might be worth looking into. I spent several years dreaming of owning one of these, and actively searching on the internet for a manufacturer until one day... A stop at my favorite thrift store yielded my biggest find yet. I still remember seeing it from up the street thinking, no - it can't be... but it really was. For $40. Thrift stores and a little luck aside, you can find one at www.modernica.net for $1495. The Inmod one is obviously a much better deal! Good Question: Where can I find this patio umbrella? |

I purchased the Todd Oldham Snap coffee table from Overstock.com (the square one in the picture) and it arrived via UPS in a very damaged cardboard box. The table had dents on the corners, edges and top and was unsalveagable - even at such a great price. I contacted Overstock and told them of the problem with the damage. Within a few days I had a second coffee table delivered to replace the first.... this was in even worse condition. It also appeared that the packaging for both tables had been opened at least once before. Already returned once? Overstock was very good about accepting the return for both, and very quick about it but unless they've changed how they package large, heavy items for shipping I would advise to skip this "deal".
