I think that the use of the word "difference" is what's confusing. It's not different - it's just what you actually spent. Otherwise it's comparing apples to oranges. If you don't mind coming a bit further north there is also the Evanston Rebuilding Warehouse. Would you consider a round entry table with a space for flowers and a few books? You could tuck a couple of ottomans under it for when you want to perch by the fire - or have two slipper chair facing the fire also.
