Ah, thumbs up to folks who 'utilize' their scraps by ingesting them - however, I usually throw the bits onto the sheet tray to cook before enjoying. Never could get on board with eating cookie dough raw!

With roommates it's a little harder to let it go, but if the joy of living with certain people outweighs their lack-of-organization there's little else to do. I've had to learn to let the small stuff (shower curtain, toilet paper, dishes, etc.) pass because I love my messy best friend more than a perpetually neat stranger!

As someone who loves chowder but is not a fan of clams, this recipe is perfection! I have a pot simmering on my stove right now, can't wait to dig in. The hardest part for me? Not eating all the bacon up before I add it to the soup...this is the problem with cooking while hungry. Thanks for sharing!

Made this for dinner tonight and it turned out fab! Not only is it quick and easy, it's mouth-watering delicious. I particularly loved how the lemon and garlic scents warmed the entire house as it was cooking.

I've never really basted before, so I just spooned a bit of liquid over the meat every 10-or-so minutes. Took about 40 minutes for the chicken to come up to temp, and I was worried about it possibly drying out (my previous chicken attempts have yielded less-than-stellar results), but the meat was flavorful, moist, and all around perfect! My roommates are certainly pleased.

This will definitely be included in my dinner rotation, thanks so much!

Dishes! With 4 roommates, they tend to pile up quickly in our kitchen. I use the time to clean up the space for the next person's meal.
