Dune Living should be ashamed. I just ordered a 4 new chairs. I asked for a discount and they said because they had some in stock they will give me a discount.
We had a deal. I paid.

When arranging for delivery, I was told that I needed to inspect the chairs. I did not think much of it, but asked why. At that point I was told they are "imperfect" and that is why I was getting the discount.

I was never told by salesperson these chairs were being sold "as is" and needless to say I was upset. When following up with management they explained that they not expect edthe chairs to be in great condition and no problems. but agreed these chairs were not in brand new condition. They also said that somewhere on the invoice it says "as is".

I thought this was a reputable company. Any good company would say upfornt if an item is "as is"...this would be part of the sales process. Not something to be told after the purchase is made.

All I asked was for them to honor the price and I will wait for the new chairs to be made. Instead they were looking to negotiate for a few dollars. And I'm a person who already bought a table from them and really wanted these charis to match.

If I was willing to wait for the new chairs (up to 8 weeks) they should have done the right thing and honored the deal.

Needless to say I will not to biz with them again and would recommend anyone I speak to to stay away.
