Yes, I've learned a lot from the comments to this post as well. Mostly, I have learned how irritatingly smug and superior many AT readers actually are.

Mandarinmarie, I have a feeling we listen to the same podcasts! I like comedy podcasts above anything else. Sometimes I do the How Stuff Works podcasts (Stuff You Should Know, etc.). I'm not a big fan of the NPR-type podcasts at all, they are a little too wishy-washy for me. But I do love The Moth, and RISK!

Yep, the oranges have really been making me happy lately.

I am in my fiance's home, which used to be his paternal grandparents' house, which has not been updated since. So not only do we not have anything decorative, fashionable, or cool on our countertops, the entire kitchen should be razed and restarted from scratch. The wallpaper alone should be considered a punishable offense.

Same problem. I never was able to get it open, despite repeated attempts with various blunt/sharp objects. It looked totally normal.

This brand was fantastic, and reading the bottle, I vaguely remember the only ingredients being 100% coconut water. Not bad for "swill." One brand to (obviously) avoid is Goya. BLECH. Talk about added sugars and junk.

And yes, coconut water is great for hangovers.

Sending some to me is a fantastic idea.

Meh. Maybe I've had too much of it in my lifetime, but by now it always tastes skunky to me.

I think maybe Judi means freeze it unbaked, but entirely assembled. That is what I'd do.
