You can definitely bake cha gio (Vietnamese fried rolls). That's how my mom always made them growing up, to avoid deep frying. You have to brush them with oil and they won't get quite as crispy as frying, but they're still delicious. New and Creative Recipe Ideas for Rice Wrappers? Good Question |
