would never ever skip it. we drive often and if we're not we're walking or biking so it doesn't really apply unless it's attache to a stroller frame.

Wendy if you look closely the 2nd before photo is about 4ft to the left of the after photo. Not THAT much different.

Great room!

i agree with carrie h and clarity13.

while i'm not broke i don't really like the idea that i'm paying for something i could make myself from fresh fruit and create less waste in the process. my son has a goodbyn so it would just go into one of his sections of it anyway.

i LOVE all white rooms/homes.

and just an fyi my sons rug in his room is white and it doesnt seem to show dirt easily at all. granted we take our shoes off in the house, but 1 kid, 2 dogs, and a cat don't seem to have an effect on it.

i'm glad they don't ONLY post listings in SF, most of the listings in SF city are overpriced anyway.

have the strapping bins from land of nod, they're great if there's nothing heavy in them. now have the dwellstudio small storage bins and they're amazing. you can even wipe them out if they're dirty, fold up if not in use, etc. love them.

love it, even with the 'privacy issues'. if smart glass is not an option, it can also be frosted. we live in an eichler and i've put 'frosting' (peel & stick) on a couple windows and also used it for decoration as well. :D (thanks ikea!)

We just moved and I removed the closet doors in both of the bedrooms. In ours mainly to inspire me to "clean out the closet" more often and keep it neat/organized. And in our sons for more floor space.

i would paint them white. also please do not remove them, they are part of the design of the home ! ! also the beams in my house (eichler) are very structural, lol. they go over the tops of those posts and then more wood is added to the side to blend it all together. also i would paint that wood trim @ the top of the divider white as well.

I know this article is way old but I just have to say that I bought those sheets from west elm (not as a result of this) and promptly sent them back. I thought maybe since they were organic I'd give the 230tc an opportunity, but they are so rough, like paper. I'm used to my egyptian cotton sheets though so I'm kind of a sheet snob. ;)

we don't have cable and hardly ever watch tv. we mostly watch movies on the weekend evenings after our son is in bed.

I think they are great - I too had people touch my week old baby while they were strapped very closely to me.

I don't even think "please" should be added, lol. It's better they read it and know I mean business. ;)

Can you try to use some of those elastic holder/clamp things that are made to hold mattress pads on? So it pulls the sheets tighter?
