I have the malm and my poor 18 month old son has fallen off the bed several times now while sleeping. On his way down he usually hits the wooden platform part then hits the floor... At least it's closer to the ground than most beds. It's never been worse than a bump though so we don't really baby proof it. Ideas for Babyproofing a Platform Bed Good Questions |

i got these on sale for $1.99 (i cloth diaper too btw) but i just had to buy them because of how ridiculous and funny they are. i just use them for emergency diapers and yet when i do need a spare it makes for a good laugh :) Look! Huggies Jeans Diapers |

First if all the room is very adorably put together for such a small space. That said, this room is just not right. There must be some other way around this without putting a child and major appliances in the same room. Maybe a closet in your room would work?
