The chairs in the catalog have four legs though instead of a singular base, so they must have modified that somehow. Maybe that was a custom change in addition to the upholstery?

Ikea sells square pillow inserts, as they also sell the pillow cases. Also try your local craft store, they generally have them as well.

I think this has been sold in the States for a while as I have seen this exact vacuum while looking for a stick vac a couple months ago. Here, it goes by the name of Electrolux Pronto.

The SkyMall has something like this too, only it's a crossword puzzle instead of a word search. Yes, I admit it, I look through SkyMall when I'm flying :)

bubble, to prevent the sweaters from unravelling when they're cut, I assume they put the sweaters through some kind of felting process. Felting is done through heat and agitation - usually that means some cycles on high temperature through the washing machine.

Someone could easily do this themselves with Salvation Army sweaters, or another source that I've seen posted is http://sweetfeltgoods.com. It's not cashmere, but the blankets sure look comfy.

I might be wrong about this, but I think the pattern's called damask. Maybe do a search on that?
