my only concern is usually a board book is considered "tattered" is because more often little mouths have been nibbling away- I would hate for a little one to be mouthing this paint.

I agree with trishdom. Hardwood flooring is so beautiful and therefore is a must for my house. I just need to find it. But bravo.

I love this masculine "less is more bag" from JJ Cole.

All non-noise toys are my favorite! There is a toy teether that vibrates when pressure is applied. Balls, pop-up books, mobiles, or toys that hang, mobile bird or plane.

I am a nanny and the monitor used is also the summer video monitor, an earlier version. The parents and I love it. I recommend it all the time. We have 2 cameras for an almost 3 year old and almost 1 year old i each of their bedrooms. For the (any) infant it allows us to watch her and check in on her any time without disrupting her. With the same handheld monitor I can switch to the 2nd camera in the other child's room. In a dark room for nap or night sleep, the video will still display the room, child etc without a light on to disrupt any child. Did I mention I can look around the room with the camera? I can't say enough good things about it. The newer version might have more "reach" than this one. The only con so far, I lose signal only feet from the house. That's when we use the Graco imonitor mentioned above. That one has more reach.

I thought the shelving unit might be from west elm, and I see now where that was mentioned. The baskets are what make that bookcase so visually pleasing. The baskets don't come with it, can we have the source of where you purchased your natural rattan baskets?

I am too late to vote but I give this room 2 thumbs up! I love the bookcase/shelving unit also. Do we know were it is from?

I love this room! I was wondering also about those baskets? Are they originally for hanging flowers? I found some individual baskets similar to those but my husband thinks they look too feminine. I would love a closer look at those or if possible the source?!
