@Aprilhearsaaron: It's not the full length of the hallway because the electrical panel is on that same wall, but this just makes for a nice landing pad.

I have one of these lights on the side of my house, and it works quite well. Provides a surprising amount of light, and it has a locking mechanism to make sure it can't be removed or tampered with.

Bed Bath and Beyond has a similar fan that (online, not in most stores), while not any better style wise, is much cheaper.

We got one a few weeks ago, and have been enjoying it.

I'm almost done with DIY'ing my IKEA as well. And there's a door to fit almost any style...and the drawer base cabinets (like those shown in the picture above) are great for accessing everything.

You can also find speakers like these from Anthony Gallo Acoustics www.roundsound.com

I have a stainless steel set, the sound and looks can't be beat.

You should look at Gallo Accoustics. (www.roundsound.com). I recently picked up a pair of Nucleus Micro's in stainless steel. They look great, come in a wide variety of colors (white, black blue, red, stainless & more), and they sound superb. You can get a set that will blend in, or get a set that will stand out..but not in the eyesore kind of way.

I would have to second MrGaryLee's comment. If you are using a TV Stand/Console, just get some wood to attach the TV too using a standard wall mount kit, and secure the wood to the TV Stand. With a little paint or stain, it can be come a nice accent, or just fade into the background.

I picked the white one of these up about a year or so ago (at Walmart). It's quite light weight, so the handle doesn't require too much force to hold. It's also nice enough to leave out, which makes it very convenient to use.

On a side note, be aware that it does glow a bit when it's set in the base. It's not too bright (more like a dim nightlight), but I figure people might want to know.

I've tried Feline Pine (Too Dusty), Swheat Scoop (Wheat based) & Worlds Best (Corn Based).

Swheat Scoop & Worlds best are both good, but they have different strengths. Both are flushable, but Swheat Scoop is a little better at odor control, but it seems to be a little messier.

We currently use Worlds Best, and whenever the odor gets a little strong, we just sprinkle in a little baking soda, and everybody (including our kitty) is happy.

Cuba...Scandinavia? Heck, I've seen them in Marriott Hotels (both Flagship & Courtyards) right here in the good ol' US of A. And since they are by the door, it's easy to remember your key card on the way out.
