Is it possible to over mix the peanut butter? I tried this recipe and it turned hard and dry in the food processor after it was already smooth and creamy.

This is a great method for keeping cutting boards cleaned and conditioned. Although if anyone is concerned, technically mineral oil is not "natural" (and since the Cutting Board Oil suggested above is mostly mineral oil, it is also not natural). Mineral oil is a general term used to describe an oil by-product of petroleum refining. It is safely used in many cosmetic and food products, and is fine for food surfaces also. It does have great properties for treating cutting boards, and there may not be a natural oil product that does it as well.
