Thanks Jess for featuring my rug! What a huge surprise!!!! So exciting!!!

The rug belows to my sister so I've actually been able to check out it's progress since installing it.

It's stayed clean and in place! We used scotchguard on it to repel stains and it's worked out really well.

Due to the fabric, the canvas (drop cloth) and the rug gripper being all together it's actually really sturdy.

I was dreading painting/taping lines for a chevron pattern so for me this was the easiest way to get the look I wanted.

Those small tulip like end tables were an amazing find from a thrift store. I think they were around $10 each.

The bamboo window treatments were also a thrift store find. Only $9.99 for the pair!

If anyway has any questions about the process etc you can reach me at cpavone0107@gmail.com.

I love using drop cloths for window treatments! I recently was re-doing a florida room in my home and wanted to hide all of the windows, because they weren't the prettiest of eye candy.

Since they were massive and all around I needed cheap fabric. Enter drop cloths! I also used cables from LOWES to make all of the window hardware as well!

Hope you enjoy it!

Hi,

I found this posting late yesterday evening and spent a good chunk of time filling everything out. I was finally done around 1am and hit submit. It looks like it went through, but I never got a confirmation from the site. I was just checking to see if it was received.

Thanks,

Camila
