-A bedskirt to hide everything I shove under my bed when company comes over.
-My laptop because it replaced an big clunky desktop with a CRT monitor that ruined the look of any room it was in.
-The MINI that used to adorn my driveway until someone stole it. So I am learning to live without it. One day at a time.....

I unplug everything when I vacation. I unplug when not in use or when I leave for work. It's a habit at this point. Unfortunately, my lazy roommate has 5 gajillion things plugged in at all times and refuses to change her ways so my electric bill is not impacted greatly by what I do. But tomorrow when I leave for vacation, my power strips will power down.

Ok, it is officially time for me to take a hiatus from AT.

I love the kitchen in #1. Galley done properly.

Very nice. Love that it looks great even with an unmade bed. It's tough to pull that off, which is why my bedroom will never be featured on AT. I only worry that the artwork on the lower ledge may get (ahem) kicked off the wall at some point.

@mergirl. So did you frame scraps or leave a spot unpainted? Inquiring minds want to know!

Nothing about this seems easy. But she does have a ton of cute tutorials on her blog that made me wish my daughter was 6 and not 16.
