Ok, I have to comment. Love the space! Might be a leeeetle too shabby chic for me in that living room, but I amazed at how well they incorporate the Disney stuff. I just moved in with the love o' my life and he is a Diz super-fan, and I am slowly becoming one too. Thankfully, our collection consists of the older poster prints, small figurines. Always great to see someone add Diz stuff and have it not look cheap.

i think AT should do a mini profile on Mollie's (Kirstie Alley) apartment in Look Who's Talking 1. It's actually a very timeless looking in that she uses a lot of patterns and vintage stuff. True, the crappy 80s decor does pop up from time to time, but for the most part that apartment is awesome.

Seriously, I'd pick a frozen jon donaire cheesecake from Smart and Final over both Sarah Lee and Cheesecake factory.

my friend just started extreme couponing (after watching this show) and she tried to teach me, but I am only one person, with one cat and a boyfriend who stays over occasionally. She gets a rush when she saves so much, but there are 2 major problems. 1) she's spending money she doesn't have because it's a "Deal" and 2) you can only buy the items you have coupons for.
When I need something, I go buy one thing at it's full price. It actually saves me money, because I can buy the brand I want and I know it won't go to waste. I've tried bulk shopping and I end up throwing out a lot of expired food or products I'm tried of because I have too much of it.

i do all these, but i wish my cat sitter (kid brother or sister) would clean up after themselves to my standard. I hate coming home from a weekend away, finding soda cans all over the place and the bed unmade. That's acceptable where they live, but not where I live. Sucks because they're the only people who can care for my cat, so i have to put up with it :/

my boyfriend won't eat any other meat but bacon or beef, and physically shakes if cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise or anything white touches his food. He won't kiss me if i've eaten anything with white sauce or fish in it.

He gets really really upset if i ask him to try something and i get upset if he refuses to try something that's in his small span of foods... so it's best to just offer it once and if he says no, let it go. If he's not willing to try things, then it's not worth the hurt you'll both feel arguing over food.

i have a good question regarding laundry. For those of us who utilize laundrymats - how much soap should we be using? I'll use double load to 5 load washers and am so afraid of using too much or too little soap for each machine. The laundrymat has stickers that say you should only use half a cup of soap - but they have them on every single washer, regardless of load size.

There needs to be a drink named after Anna Friel. She's bubbly and sweet, but she has something really deep about her. Something with honey :D

ok, everyone I know yells at me for this, but for spreading and eating, I prefer margerine. It has that a flavor that I can actually taste on my toast or corn. I tried using real butter as a spread, but it just tastes greasy for me. For baking/cooking, nothing beats real butter.

Had Navajo tacos at a American Indian Chamber of Commerce event a few years ago, and oh baby, I love me some fry bread. Kitchn, put a recipe for Navajo tacos! The ones on the internet seems to call for canned chili as the filling.

I feel bad, but "since I do not speak Japanese, and I am deaf" made me laugh. Not in a mean make-fun-of-you way, but just that the deaf part overrules the fact that you don't speak japanese.

I translated the captions instead of the audio - and they're like a poem. Very entertaining. Thanks for the link.

THE SPATULA!

I flew into a rage when I realized a spoon/spatula I bought was useless for me because the tapered, useful part was on the top side when in my left hand - and I couldn't use it at all in my right.

For cameras, especially digital - I usually just take pictures upside down, pressing the shutter button with my thumb.

Left handed notebooks are a godsend too... I stock up whenever I'm in a college bookstore.
