They do charge and they have since I have been using the service (for about 10 years). It is a fraction of the cost of a new DVD though, so worth it if your kids have ruined their favorite DVD.

Also, now all DVDs are available to be replaced. You can call and they can verify if it is available.

It looks EXACTLY like the strap from a Croc clog. And I am pretty sure that we have a half dozen worn out pairs that don't need the back strap anymore.

Neighbors will hate it, HOAs will forbid it, but in an economy where people are struggling to keep their houses I can't say it isn't a really clever idea. And if we needed the money I can't say I wouldn't consider it.

I have to go with the first response to paint the black metal so that the eye isn't drawn to it and just leave it as is.

I actually read an article forever ago about her room. They gave her her own bedroom 'suite' under the condition that she has to live at home until she is 21.
