The best fried egg: use olive oil and lightly toast a few slivers of fresh garlic, then drop egg(s) in, salt, fresh pepper and cook sunny side up (cover pan with lid until eggs are just cooked). The toasted garlic adds such a nice texture and flavor. Great with fresh slices of tomato.
