I see all this talk these days about bamboo being sustainable. I have my doubts about this since bamboo grows in tropical areas mostly and even though it grows fast, it can be depleted at the present rate of use and there would have to be new plantations. Since bamboo does not last forever unlike stainless steel, you would have to keep replacing them. I am really thrilled with my Zojila Rohan stainless steel dish drain which will last me forever and makes my life so much easier since I do all my dishes by hand. It looks so great on my counter.
