The worst apartment I ever had was a studio in an old Victorian building with exposed bricks. On a windy day, you could feel the wind coming through them, and they effectively radiated cold in the winter. It was horrible. However, my current apartment is a very new building with no bricks at all--and the windows leak air like mad, so the problem isn't restricted to just bricks. Exposed Brick Walls: Good or Bad? |
