I have the zester/grater and I use it 90% of the times only with parmesan, so I don't wash it. It pretty common in Italy really, not to wash the cheese grater every time. I only wash it when it gets smeared with other ingredients or when I want to zest a lemon. I also have a coarser one for carrots and apples and soft cheeses, and these two are enough. I splurged on the Sleepi too, and am 100% happy with it. My son was a preemie so he stayed on the bassinet variation for more than 9 months. Now he's two and we're about to take out one of the sides of the crib so he can get on and off as he likes. I second the comment on the instruction manual: it really sucks. The mattresses provided are great, and right now I'm expecting my second son and I'm really sad we cannot afford another sleepi right now. Hi all, thanks for your comments. My toddler tried once to pull out a bottle from the bottom and I told him not to and he has never tried again since. Also, we don't drink much wine anymore because I'm pregnant and my hubby has an ulcer, so it's basically full of soda bottles and some liqueur bottles for guests. I bought the ENVIS spatulas and love them. The handles are chunky heavy melamine so they're great to handle mixes and doughs without bending. I love them. I also got the FLACKIG measuring cup which is great because it is very cheap. oh I love ikea. The first thing you see when you enter my house is a bench with a shoe rack and a basket with multiple pairs of slippers. Here it is normal to take off your shoes when you enter, and you do so especially if it someone else's home. Seeing so many converts to brussels sprouts maybe I should give them a try.
