i have some gunlocke chairs that have a very similar base (the way the seat is mounted onto the wood and the rear legs that jut out, as opposed to going straight down)...mine have tiny medallions inlaid into the wood (on the legs i think) that say gunlocke...they are barely noticeable, take a peek...maybe it's a gunlocke Help Identifying Free Chairs? @Ben Chot - i would sew a long piece of beige (something matching the brick on your chimney) fabric tubing to act as a "slip cover" for all of your cords and wires. An undyed muslin, beige velvet or natural linen would take down the black wires against the beige backdrop. i always think of re-purposing them to serve as wall brackets to attach a shelf to. i feel like some kind of "rubber cement" would prove to adhere well, be waterproof, as well as removable if you're renting and need to restore it back to original form.
