The first thing I would do is change the gold/shiny brass door knobs through out the house. I think those are cheapest stuff builders use from their parts bin. Changing something as simple as door knobs instantly changes character to a room. The Roeder's Modern Life is Beautiful House Tour |

W..T...H? Happy Valley? Really. I've lived in and out of Downtown LA, East LA, Lincoln Heights, Boyle Heights, etc.. and never heard of such a thing.
