PS: Sharona, what is the source of your beautiful daybed/sofa? I've been looking for something similar (though now I know exactly what I want and will be terribly sad if yours is a one-off).

Aw, man! I just wrote another entry was the smallest coolest I'd ever seen. Then you come along, Jason, even smaller and at least as cool. A pup will always put it over the top though, so you are the new undisputed champion of small cool in my book!

(Also wondering where the other two bikes live.)

PS: Pi, on the subject of the single curtain pane, it's actually balanced by a second one in the other direction for the other window in that wall (see shot of bed in mirror).

I love the wimsey of this place. (But I, too am creeped out by clowns- why is that?) I'm also curious to see the meditation "room" and trapeze.

PS: Where can I get a copy of that beautiful living room rug?

Definite favourite- LOVE everything about this place! (especially the 'damask' pattern pillow on Bertoia chair and Louis XV seat cover- what's the fabric?)

I haven't watched TV in ages so am, like some other posters, contemplating giving it up altogether. Am also trying to think of a way to to hang piece of art over and in front of the TV in such a way as to be removable when/if I do want to watch. ("Two for the Road" is one of my faves - love the poster!)

This actually creeps me out to the point that I can't look at the thing. The entire rest of the house can be one room but a separate bathroom, PLEASE!

Loving that wall of books and needing something similar, I checked out IKEA Hacker to see if I could find something similar. Lo and behold, Dave's own shelves are posted: http://ikeahacker.blogspot.com/or search/label/shelves (right now, it's the second hack down but you can search "Hyllis" or "Dave Hopkins" if it is an older post by the time you get there- I don't know how long they keep stuff though).

Maybe I can finally get all my **** off the floor and out of boxes in what is supposed to be my office/spare bedroom.
