Brilliant! Yes, I would probably anchor it to the wall, but this is a great idea! It even looks good.

I don't think the illustrations from the Eric Carle books count as "ugly licensed junk", but to each his own.
For our kids, we always figured, it is their room, let them have their style. I get to style all the other rooms in the house.
To be honest, though, I would be more likely to frame a page from the book than to pay PB prices.

We have that same dresser and we used the babyproffing latches from Ikea that you have to press 2 sides together to open a little strap.
I cut the strap really short, then used command strips to hold both pieces of each latch to the drawer and side of dresser. I had to kind of rub the original adhesive off before attaching my command strips.
The big kids (8 and 10) can open it, but my 2 year old can't. And when he is older, I can remove them with no damage.

@Rucy
There is such a thing as buttermilk powder? You just made my day. I don't bake enough to use a whole container of buttermilk before it spoils. I love it for marinating chicken.
I'm off to search for buttermilk powder. Thanks!

Oh, and "yes, please" to the butter and honey camp.

I love this one and I thought it looked familiar. It finally dawned on me now that it is a prettier version of the kitchen from the show "Friends".
It is gorgeous!

Creative idea. Funny as I keep mine standing up on the bookshelf in a magazine holder. If you face the "spine" of the holder outwards, you can't see the paper at all.
Of course, that only works for standard paper size, not legal.

The mesh bumper is great, but we had this problem late in the game. Our toddler was getting his legs stuck in the rails. He is also old enough to try to climb out, although he can't make it yet. We bought the mesh crib tent from Amazon and it serves both functions. he can't get stuck and he can't get out. He also seems to feel more secure/cozy in it when it is zipped up.

I agree with coley223. I have seen this a million times on Pinterest and although it looks cool and is certainly creative, I have broken the lips off of several similar bins just by carrying them by the lip when they are full.
I am envisioning horrible injuries caused by a heavy bin falling on my head in the garage.
Cool idea, but it worries me.

I'm sick of it as a trend. I love bacon, but half the reason I love it is that I don't eat it that often.
Can we please stop with trendy foods altogether? Acai, bacon, cakepops (nasty), etc. I agree with the poster earlier regarding shock value in foods. I'm tired of seeing so many recipes whose main point seems to be, "Betcha didn't think I could put THIS in there!" Food should be about taste and health, not dares.

I am not an affiliate or anything, but I just bought this one from Amazon a month ago. I use it to hold all my manicure supplies.
I love it! It's pretty and sturdy as can be and you can't beat the price. I paid $17 with free shipping.

I have Cuisinart pans that are basically a knock-off of the Calphalon pans. The manual for them says this might happen if you put the lid on a hot pan then let it cool without removing the lid. They say to reheat the pan and it will come right off.

I started couponing when I lost my job. I had a family to support and more time than money. I have never gone to the extremes that they depict on the show, but I have saved 60-70% on a good grocery trip. It kept us from needing the food pantries.
I agree that the ladies they have shown so far seem to be in it more for the thrill of getting things for free and the compulsion to collect, but they may someday find themselves saved by the obsession or able to save someone else.
A friend who does this was able to donate a month's worth of food to a neighbor in need.

These are everywhere. I don't get it.
