ISeeWhitePeople is one I've seen before. When I tether my phone I can't encrypt the signal so I use InstantVirus2012 to try and avoid leeches.

One of the most annoying things I've experienced in a few of my places was nosey, busy body (same building) neighbors. I pay rent just like you do, mind your damn business.

They are the same type of people that fuss about the fact that you are moving your furniture in because they may have to take a few extra steps to get around your couch that is being moved up the stairs.

GET OVER IT, you live in an apartment building. If you want to be a hermit, buy your own damn house.

I'd take this home over any boring northeast Victorian any day. I think its beautiful inside and out.

I bought a few of these chairs (replicas) for my loft dining area. I found a couple at HG's and a few of the armchair versions online for a fraction of what the real deal cost.

Train bedsheets, Animal wall decals, heart picture frame, and red elephants are masculine?

My "Alpha Male" older brother claims to have to "drink a beer", or "punch someone" when he leaves my place so he can feel like a man again. I can only imagine what he'd say about this spot.

Sorry but to those complaining about price its craigslist, not commylist. If someone is dumb enough to pay 80% to full price for something used its their own fault.

You don't run craigslist, you don't moderate it so if you don't like a post, move on to the next. Your opinion is REAALLLYY not that important to the person who posted the ad.

I feel your pain. My previous unit I was catching hell from above AND below (extremely loud, late music).

I just relocated to a different (and the best) unit in the building. So for now I am happy.

Unfortunately outside of construction, or a full floor cover solution, there isn't much you can do except move. Noise has and will bring me to the point of moving.

I am with Ansela 100% My last 3 places Comcast was the only option and with 1 HD cable box I paid over $70 a month after the ridiculous taxes and fees when I barely watched 4 or 5 channels a week.

I am very happy with the direction the internet is taking us as far as TV's concerned. These cable providers have been ripping us off for years. Ever try watching a sports program on Comcast with a LCD without HD? It looks like a youtube video.

Netflix is just awesome. 9.99 a month is worth it for just the unlimited access to the kids movies alone.

All I need now is ESPN and SPIKE to be live on the internet. Does anybody know if they are available and if so where?

Nice place but I agree with the art comment. Instead of a local talent painting something to resemble another artist, give me some of their own flavor.
