having born and raised in a Caribbean country I can personally attest to the dangers building a home with a coconut tree close by. Hurricanes are what Americans call "rainy season" so having those mudular homes of "durable" material is simply fantasy. Sorry but nah, they wouldn't survive Kentucky why would they survive countries that experience hurricanes and earthquakes. HaitiSOFTHOUSE | Apartment Therapy New York |

I agree with suzy8track, floor length white would have worked just as well as the blinds. That said, I think your artwork seem kinda "lost" on those walls. Maybe stronger frames i.e. black would make them pop. Curtains vs. Blinds Before & After | Apartment Therapy New York |

I picnic in Central Park which means using the grass as a table, will the weights keep the table on it? I'm so sick of it being blown up? what I've done in the past is use little sandbags but they take up much needed real estate, plus they leech. I have that gad awful popcorn ceiling in my bedroom and would love to use that Extenzo stuff to cover it. Does anyone know how much it costs to install and do you lose height? Anyone with popcorn ceiling would prefer a mirror instead, I'd think. Plus I believe there is asbestos in the popcorn as it's circa 19c, nasty stuff.
